From the outset, Jerry seemed more interested in making a sale than genuinely helping me understand my insurance options. He provided misleading information about my coverage and conveniently omitted crucial details that would have influenced my decision. When I discovered the discrepancies, Jerry was unresponsive and evasive, refusing to take responsibility for his misleading statements. As if that wasn't bad enough, dealing with his staff was another nightmare. Desiree, in particular, was incredibly rude and dismissive whenever I had questions or needed assistance. Her condescending attitude and lack of empathy made every interaction unnecessarily stressful. It’s clear that customer service is not a priority here. Overall, I strongly advise against engaging with Jerry and his team at State Farm. Their dishonest practices and unprofessional conduct do not deserve your business or trust. Seek out an agent who values transparency and respects their clients—you won’t find that here."
